摘要： 面对逆全球化的挑战，中国的世界主义行动亟须系统的话语支撑。然而，中国的世界主义话语面临着两大难题。对此，目前需要建构一种“可欲的”中国世界主义话语，并应遵循三个标准：“个体关涉”、国家内部“普遍性”和跨文化“普遍性”。以这三个标准为基础，可以发现中国学界建构世界主义的几条进路之间存在着理论上的矛盾。解决的关键是建构“面向国内的世界主义话语”和“面向国际的世界主义话语”这两个相互区别又共属一体的话语形式。

Abstract: Facing the challenge of de-globalization, the cosmopolitan action of China needs to be grounded on systematic discourse urgently. However, the Chinese discourse of cosmopolitanism encounters with two main di?culties. One is that the Chinese individuals are not necessarily in favor of the cosmopolitan action， and the other is that foreigners do not necessarily understand the intention of Chinese cosmopolitanism. In this aspect, a desirable discourse of Chinese cosmopolitanism needs to be constructed, which meets three conditions: individual preference, consent of domestic majority and inter-cultural consensus. Based on such three conditions, it can be found that the three approaches of cosmopolitanism in the Chinese academic world contradict with each other. To solve this problem, it is not only crucial to di?erentiate between the domestic discourse of cosmopolitanism and the international discourse of cosmopolitanism but also to construct a way to unify them.
