摘要：
2023 年 7 月 5 日至 7 日，习近平总书记在视察苏州时指出 ：“苏州在传统与现代的结合上做得很好，这里不仅有历史文化的传承，而且有高科技创新和高质量发展，代表未来的发展方向。”关于传统与现代、文化与经济的有机结合，其实早在几个月前，总书记在全国两会期间参加江苏代表团审议时就布置下这样一个题目 ：“上有天堂下有苏杭，苏杭都是在经济发展上走在前列的城市。文化很发达的地方，经济照样走在前面。可以研究一下这里面的人文经济学。”为了更深刻理解和把握人文经济学的本质内涵和实践逻辑，更有力地指导我国高质量发展实践，本期邀请任平、李扬、战炤磊、王俊四位学者分别围绕人文经济学的方法论基础、基本特征、内在规律、区域发展经验和实践路径选择等维度，对人文经济学做出富有启发的探讨。本刊发表于此，以飨读者。

Abstract:
During an inspection of Suzhou in July 2023, General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that Suzhou hasdone a good job in combining tradition and modernity, and it not only has the heritage of history and culture, but alsohigh-tech innovation and high-quality development, which represents the future development direction. Humanistic economics aims to explore the organic combination of tradition and modernity, culture and economy. To better guide the practice of high-quality development in China, this group of articles focus on the methodological foundation, basic characteristics, internal mechanisms, regional development experience, and practical path of humanistic economics, in order to contribute Chinese wisdom and solutions to the understanding of high-quality development.We hope it will enlighten significance for promoting research and discussion in humanistic economics.
