摘要： 《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十五个五年规划的建议》提出：“统筹推进城乡精神文明建设，提升人民文明素养和社会文明程度。”其中，文明乡风建设，不仅是传承乡土文化根脉、焕发乡村内生活力的关键举措，更是推进乡村振兴与精神文明建设高质量发展的内在要求。在新时期，要形成文明乡风建设强大合力，实现乡村由表及里、形神兼备的全面提升，需要更加深入的理论探讨。本组笔谈邀请相关专家，从文明乡风建设工程的空间建构、农村公共精神再生产、乡村公共场域重塑等角度展开讨论，希望为文明乡风建设工程的推进带来一定启示与借鉴。

Abstract: The construction of civilized rural customs is not only a crucial measure to inherit the roots of rural culture and invigorate the internal vitality of rural areas, but also an inherent requirement for advancing high-quality development in rural revitalization and spiritual civilization construction. In the new era, to form a strong collective force for the construction of civilized rural customs and achieve a comprehensive upgrade of rural areas, encompassing both superficial and intrinsic aspects, deeper theoretical discussions are needed. This panel discussion invites relevant experts to deliberate from perspectives such as the spatial construction of civilized rural customs projects, the reproduction of rural public spirit, and the shaping of rural public spheres, aiming to provide certain insights and references for advancing the construction of civilized rural customs.
