摘要： 人工智能技术的迅猛发展，正以前所未有的深度与广度重塑社会工作领域，人工智能与社会工作的互嵌与融合不断深化，同时也滋生一系列结构性张力。作为以“人文性”为核心特征的专业，以及“直接与人打交道”的工作，社会工作的知识生产、专业互动、服务关系等都在发生新的变革。本期特邀华东师范大学文军教授、华东理工大学何雪松教授、郑州大学韩恒教授与东南大学刘莹副教授撰稿，推出“人工智能社会工作 ：智能融合、关系重塑与生态再造”专题笔谈，探讨人工智能时代社会工作的高质量发展之道。

Abstract: The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology is reshaping the field of social work with unprecedented depth and breadth. The integration and fusion of AI and social work are constantly deepening, while also giving rise to a series of structural tensions. As a profession centered on “humanity” and directly engaging with people, social work is undergoing new transformations in knowledge production, professional interactions, and service relationships. We invite Professors Wen Jun, He Xuesong, Han Heng, and Liu Ying to launch a special written discussion on “Artificial Intelligence in Social Work: Intelligent Integration, Relationship Reconstruction, and Ecological Reconstruction”, aiming to facilitate the high-quality development of social work in the era of artificial intelligence.
