Abstract: The world model is a new artificial intelligence technology that is emerging after the large language model (LLM). It overcomes the limitations of the LLM as a “text language intelligence” and enables artificial intelligence to conduct causal reasoning and decision-making in the face of the physical world. This advances artificial intelligence to a new level and inspires us to gain a deeper philosophical understanding of the essence of intelligence. The LLM and the world model each have their own strengths in simulating human intelligence. The intelligent integration formed by the combination of the two can achieve complementary advantages in performance, leading to a new intelligent revolution and reflecting the philosophical significance of expanding the concept of intelligence in multiple aspects, thus moving towards the integration of philosophical perspectives in multiple meanings.
