摘要： 2025年11月17日至18日，中央全面依法治国工作会议在北京召开，习近平总书记对会议作出重要指示，强调要聚焦建设更加完善的中国特色社会主义法治体系、建设更高水平的社会主义法治国家。中国特色社会主义法治体系，是马克思主义法学理论与中国法治的具体实践相结合所形成的重大创新理论成果。在新时代背景下，进一步探索马克思主义法学中国化时代化的科学方法论，为中国法学自主知识体系的建构提炼标识性概念和原创思想，进而为建设更加完善的中国特色社会主义法治体系提供理论支撑，是法学界所肩负的时代使命。今年适逢习近平总书记“5·17”重要讲话发表十周年，本刊聚焦“中国法学自主知识体系建构”这一主题，邀请张文显、陈柏峰、雷磊、郭晔四位学者从不同维度展开探讨，期待对相关研究的推进有所助益。

Abstract: The socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics represents a significant theoretical innovation resulting from the integration of Marxist legal theory with the specific practice of the rule of law in China. In the context of the new era, it is the mission of the legal academic community to further explore the scientific methodology for adapting Marxist legal theory to the Chinese context and keeping it up-to-date, to refine distinctive concepts and original ideas for the construction of an independent knowledge system of Chinese law, and thereby provide theoretical support for building a more comprehensive socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics. This issue focuses on the theme of “The Construction of an Independent Knowledge System for Chinese Law”, and invites scholars such as Zhang Wenxian, Chen Baifeng, Lei Lei, and Guo Ye to explore from different dimensions, with the expectation of contributing to the deepening of related research.
