摘要：

在平台资本主义框架下，公共领域的行动者和行动逻辑发生了变化。首先，在大众媒体的去中介化和数字媒体的再中介化过程中，平台公司成为“无需担责”的中介，而大众媒体时代的读者、听众成了看似平等的作者和实际意义上的数字劳工。这体现了“平等的狡计”。其次，数字平台遵循基于“算法理性”的数据行为主义，使得以语言为媒介的沟通理性遭到侵蚀，不仅造成了人的“去人化”，更导向了“公司统治”。这体现了“理性的狡计”。数字时代“平等和理性的双重狡计”，使得数字公共领域面临结构性失能。因此，重塑数字公共领域，需同时跳出“平等和理性的双重狡计”：一方面发展公共服务数字媒体，实现由数字劳工向公民的回归；另一方面培养“新”公民，实现由算法理性向沟通理性的回归。

Abstract:

Under the framework of platform capitalism, the actors and logic of the public sphere have undergone significant changes. First, in the process of disintermediation by mass media and reintermediation by digital media, platform companies have emerged as “liability-free” intermediaries, while the readers and listeners of the mass media era have seemingly transformed into equal authors but in practice have become digital laborers. This reflects the “cunning of equality”. Second, digital platforms adhere to data behaviorism based on “algorithmic reason”, which erodes communication reason mediated by language. This reflects the “cunning of rationality”. The “dual cunning of equality and rationality” in the digital age has resulted in the structural dysfunction of the digital public sphere. Therefore, it is necessary to expose and address this dual cunning. On one hand, it requires the development of public service digital media to transition from authors and digital laborers back to citizens. On the other hand, it calls for cultivating “new” citizens to shift from algorithmic reason back to communicative reason.
