摘要: 网购成瘾是网络时代的流行性物欲症。网购成瘾者对商品有着强烈的占有欲,他们希图通过网购抵御内心的孤独和焦虑,并在重复的治疗性消费中陷入“越网购、越空虚”的困境。他们通过迷信商品来强化自恋,并重复性进入网购闭环系统而形成循环型自恋模式。对于网购成瘾者而言,要正确地认识网购的本质,保持客观、理性的消费观,制订合理的个人财务计划,降低不必要的消费支出,正视工作、学习和社交中存在的问题,才能走出循环型自恋的迷局,回归到正常生活中。

Abstract:  Online shopping addiction is the epidemic of material desire in the internet age. Online shopping addicts have a strong possessiveness to goods. They want to resist inner loneliness and anxiety through shopping online, but fall into the dilemma of “the more you shop online, the more emptiness you get”. They strengthen narcissism by superstitious commodities and repeatedly enter the closedloop system of online shopping to form a circular narcissistic model. For online shopping addicts, it is necessary to correctly understand the nature of online shopping, maintain an objective and rational view of consumption, make a reasonable personal financial plan, reduce unnecessary consumption expenditure, and face up to the problems in work, learning and social interaction, so as to get out of the cycle narcissism and return to normal life.
