摘要：
“阐释的有限与无限”以新的视角融摄了经典诠释学与哲学诠释学之间的张力，并且在公共性的基础上理解了阐释本身的动态性及其内在机制。从诠释学理论的文本中心与主体中心两个层次上，阐释的有效性与文本的意蕴预设本身都围绕着文本性展开，而在有 效性与文本性之下，还必须看到公共理性和阐释语境的基础价值。从文本与存在之间入手，提出有效性问题的吊诡在于文本意蕴的预设指涉了有效性，而主体体验则消解了它。从文本阐释到公共性建构，阐释的有限与无限提供了一种公共性建构的“文本性”范型，而有效性判定与意蕴预设被纳入公共性的动态机制之中，成为阐释实践的一部分。

Abstract: The new light sheds on the theoretical tension
between classical and philosophical hermeneutics comes from the limitation and
boundless-ness of interpretation in parallel on the base of the analysis of
publicity and its dynamic mechanism. From the different perspectives of the
text-based and subject-centralized of hermeneutics, the validity of
interpretation and the internal significance of the texts both set up on the
basis of textuality, however, the fundamental function of publicity and public
rationality should be recognized by hermeneutic theory in contemporary context.
The issue of validity infers the following paradox: the establishment of
validity by the assumption of textual meaning could be dispelled by the
subjectivity of individual experience. The limitation and boundless-ness of
interpretation in parallel provides a textual paradigmatic framework for the
significance and mechanism of publicity, within which, as a critical part of
interpretative practice, one could find the proper functional position of validity
justification and meanings assumption.
