新文科建设是开创未来、影响深远的系统工程。创新文科发展理念是新文科的基础，创新学科结构体系是新文科的重点，创新学术研究范式是新文科的关键，创新人才培养模式是新文科的核心，创新形成自主性理论是新文科的方向，创新学术话语体系是新文科的担当。建设新文科，需要坚持学科体系自主性，推进文科发展科技化，构建全生命周期的育人体系，增强社会服务能力，提升中国文化软实力，贯穿系统化建设理念，让新文科有高度、硬度、温度、黏度、气度和广度。
