学校再造与就业分层:职业教育如何生产农二代新阶层

School Reengineering and Employment Stratification: Vocational Education and the Production of the New Class of the Second Generation of Farmers

摘要:

从发展的视角出发,在产业转型升级、城镇化快速发展和国家大力扶持职业教育且职业教育办学质量不断提升的宏观背景下,并不能一味将职业教育视为底层复制工具,相反它可以通过学校再造、就业分层积极推动农二代新阶层的孵化与生产。学校再造是职业教育阶层的孵化机制,它通过职业技能赋予、社会关系重构、职业素养和价值观培育将农二代孵化为产业工人后备军;就业分层产生了职业教育阶层生产结果,以农二代为主的职校生会分化为新型产业工人、现代服务人员、现代职业农民,这新三大阶层将代替传统农民成为我国社会阶层结构的基底。这表明新时期职业教育对我国社会阶层结构有充分的发展意义和防范系统性风险的积极作用。未来国家应深化职教改革,以发展职业教育为路径,形塑更加稳健的社会阶层结构。

Abstract:

The school reengineering is the process mechanism of the vocational education class incubation. It hatches the second generation of peasants into the reserve army of industrial workers through the vocational skill endowment, the social relationship reconstruction, the professional quality and the value cultivation. The employment stratification has produced the result of vocational education class production. The vocational school students, mainly the second generation of peasants, will be divided into new industrial workers, modern service personnel and modern professional farmers. These three new classes will replace the traditional farmers and become the main body of the grass-roots society in our country. This shows that vocational education in the new period has a positive significance for the full development, stability and prevention of systemic risk of the social class structure in China. In the future, the country should vigorously promote the integration of industry and education in vocational education, improve the quality of personnel training in vocational education, promote the successful transformation of the second generation of peasants through vocational education, and form a stable social grass-roots structure.
