Abstract:
The international flow of factors determines the global economic operation mechanism, and
the global resource allocation paradigm presents new characteristics. Accelerating the construction of a
leading area for socialist modernization is the new positioning of Shanghai, and the factor market is the
key carrier for Shanghai to further participate in the global industrial chain, innovation chain and value
chain on behalf of China. Therefore, summarizing the unique and universal paradigm of Shanghai factor
market in global resource allocation is of great significance to improve China’s global resource allocation function.
